1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vexzion website (https://vexzion.com), online tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Vexzion.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Vexzion. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Description of the service
Vexzion provides browser-based and server-assisted utilities for working with files and data. Features, tool availability, and processing methods may change as we improve the platform.
Some features are labeled "coming soon" or "Pro" before they are fully available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice when practicable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload or process content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted material without permission.
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or other users.
- Circumvent access controls, Pro tool restrictions, or rate limits.
- Upload malware, illegal content, or material that violates the privacy or rights of others.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Vexzion or imply endorsement by third parties including Verizon.
5. Accounts
Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.
6. Free tools and Lifetime Pro
Tools marked Free are available without payment as described on the site. Lifetime Pro is a planned one-time purchase that unlocks Pro-labeled tools. Pricing, included tools, and checkout terms will be displayed before you pay.
We may change future pricing for new purchases but will not charge recurring subscription fees for Lifetime Pro unless we clearly label a different plan and obtain your consent.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to their terms in addition to ours.
Refund eligibility will be stated at checkout. Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable once Pro access is delivered. Contact [email protected] for billing disputes.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including the Vexzion name, logo, website design, and tool interfaces, is owned by Vexzion or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Vexzion a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that tools will be error-free, that results will meet your requirements, or that files will never be lost. You use Vexzion at your own risk and should keep backups of important data.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEXZION AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to Vexzion in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vexzion from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Brand notice
Vexzion is spelled v-e-x-z-i-o-n. Vexzion is an independent online utility platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Verizon Communications or any telecommunications company.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
15. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law.
