What is Vexzion?

Vexzion is an online utility SaaS platform offering browser-based tools for PDFs, images, documents, spreadsheets, compression, and developer workflows. You can complete everyday file tasks without installing desktop software.

How do you spell Vexzion?

The correct spelling is Vexzion — v-e-x-z-i-o-n. Our brand name is intentionally distinct from Verizon and other telecommunications companies.

Is Vexzion affiliated with Verizon?

No. Vexzion is an independent software company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Verizon or any telecom provider.

Do I need to install anything?

No installation is required. Vexzion runs in a modern web browser on desktop and mobile. Some tools may require a recent version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for full functionality.

Tools & processing

Where are my files processed?

Many Vexzion tools process files entirely in your browser, which means data may never leave your device. Tools labeled with server or lightweight backend processing may send files to Vexzion infrastructure only for the duration needed to complete the task. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Do I need API keys to use Vexzion?

No. Free tools on Vexzion are designed to work without third-party API keys or developer accounts. You can start using supported utilities immediately.

What file types are supported?

Supported formats vary by tool. Common types include PDF, JPG, PNG, CSV, JSON, TXT, and ZIP. Each tool page lists accepted formats and limits when the full app is connected.

Is there a file size limit?

Limits depend on the specific tool and whether processing happens in the browser or on our servers. Very large files may be slower or unsupported in browser-only tools due to device memory constraints.

Can I use Vexzion for confidential documents?

Browser-based tools may be appropriate when you want files to stay on your device, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload classified, regulated, or highly sensitive data unless you have confirmed the tool meets your compliance requirements.

Accounts, pricing & billing

Do I need an account for free tools?

No account is required to use tools marked Free. You can browse and run free utilities without signing up.

What is Lifetime Pro?

Lifetime Pro is a planned one-time purchase (currently advertised at $19.99) that unlocks Pro-labeled tools. It is not a monthly subscription. Checkout and account features will be enabled when Pro launches.

Will free tools stay free?

Tools marked Free are intended to remain free. If we ever change pricing for a specific tool, we will update labeling on the site before the change takes effect.

What is your refund policy?

Refund terms for Lifetime Pro will be published at checkout launch. Contact us at [email protected] if you have a billing issue and we will work with you in good faith.

Why are Pro tools marked coming soon?

Checkout for the $19.99 lifetime Pro unlock is not live yet. Pro tools are listed now so you know what will be included when payments launch.

Does Vexzion run heavy file jobs?

No. We only ship lightweight browser utilities and light-backend helpers—no heavy video conversion, bulk OCR, or large enterprise pipelines.

Privacy & security

Do you sell my personal data?

No. Vexzion does not sell your personal information. We use data only as described in our Privacy Policy to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Do you store my uploaded files?

Browser-based tools generally do not retain your files on our servers. Server-assisted tools may temporarily process files and delete them after the job completes unless you explicitly save output to an account feature. Retention practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Where can I read your Privacy Policy and Terms?

Our Privacy Policy is at /privacy and our Terms of Service are at /terms. Both documents explain your rights and our responsibilities in plain language.

How fast will you respond?

We aim to respond to support emails within two business days. Complex issues may take longer; we will acknowledge receipt when possible.
